Park Conversations.

I was at the park yesterday with the girls, and Samantha was doing her favorite thing: swinging. While I was pushing her, I started talking to a dad that was there with his two kids. I noticed that they were pretty close in age, so I asked how close. Wouldn't you know, 11 months apart! He then goes on to tell me that his wife is actually in the hospital, because she had given birth to their third child the day before. That's right, folks... 3 kids, 11 months apart from each subsequent birth!

So I asked him, would he do it again? His response was great- there's nothing better than raising his kids, and he would do it over again in a heartbeat. I laughed and asked, so will baby #4 be here in 11 months? His response "not on your life!" It was good to meet someone who was sorta in the same situation as us: Babies, very close in age. It was even better to hear that they are surviving and loving it. (This does not mean I'll be having baby # 3 in 11 months!)
