Dear Travelers in Sioux Falls, Chicago, Washington D.C., and Columbia S.C.,
I apologize ahead of time for my two wired little ones.
You see, United can't seem to get it together and have a plane working when you arrive at the airport.
Plus, my sweet girls had to be taken out of their deep sleeps at 4 am, to get to the airport, only to find out we wouldn't be leaving for 10 more hours.

Please bare with us. I'm sure there will be some crying. Some screaming. A lot of kicking on the back of the seat in front of us... but all we want is to make it to Columbia, and eventually Augusta, tonight.
