I wasn't too concerned with the fall. (I fell once with Samantha, when she was almost due, and she was fine. That time the dog knocked me down onto concrete.) So I headed over to my inlaws. As the day went on, the pain got worse. I've been having contractions on top of the fall, so I was pretty much in excruitating pain when I finally called my OB's office to see what I should do.
I was told to go to L & D Triage (which I hate going to because of the awful nurses). They monitored me for 2 hours, said that baby sounded fine, and sent me on my way. My contractions, though pretty regular, are very far apart, so they weren't concerned about them. Even with the reassurance about the contractions, I still find myself paranoid about having them. I was put on bedrest for the day, which has been unpleasant. I can't stand it. I want to do something... so instead, I caught myself up on all the DVRed tv shows that I missed while in Georgia.... and continuously checked my email.
Brandon hopes that our kids are more graceful than their clutzy mommy. I swear, I probably fell in the womb! I'm guessing Samantha has her mother's gracefulness (or lack there of), because that child trips over her own feet on a daily basis, just like mommy! Maggie, who my brother swears will be the athlete of the family, is doing pretty good with her non clutziness. She actually took 2 little steps the other day, before falling. No tears though, she got back up and tried again! My baby is growing up too quickly! She'll be 11 months on Sunday! Where does the time go?!

Maggie being lazy with her bottle... she was too busy playing with something else to hold it!
My little multitasker!
Oh, and to my small amount of readers, I'm needing to sell my jewelry so that I can buy more beads and feed my addiction, and to help with finances... so check it out, www.freewebs.com/melsjewelrybox! I have paypal! Tell your friends, too!
