Samantha"isms."

My darling Samantha is quite a character.

She picks things up quickly, and brings them into daily life.

For instance, she has recently become obsessed with Scooby Doo.
There is one particular episode, in which the "Phantom" is after a girl singing group called the Hex Girls.
They sing "I'm a hex girl, and I'm going to put a spell on you!"
Samantha sings, "I'm hex girlllllllll, and I'm going to put a spell on you, and mommy, and daddy!"
Then she finishes with "I'm going to be a rockstar!"

Then the other day she told me she didn't feel good.
I asked what's wrong, and she replied "I have a cough."
I told her, and Grandma Bonnie agreed, that we hadn't heard any coughing.
So, she makes a coughing noise and says "Did ya hear that?!"

And finally, last night, we were praying before dinner. She usually "reminds" us to pray, and makes sure everyone is folding their hands. (Poor Gavin gets yelled at by her nightly.)
Her prayer last night went like this:

"Come Lord Jesus, Be our Guest... GIMME MY FOOD!"

Needless to say, we didn't continue because we were laughing so hard.
