Rules For Bloggers: (you must repost these)
1. Post these rules.
2. You must post 11 random things about yourself.
3. Answer the questions the tagger set for you in their post.
4. Create 11 new questions for the people you tag to answer.
5. Go to their blog and tell them that you’ve tagged them. (ok, so I probably won't actually do this.)
6. No stuff in the tagging section about ‘you are tagged if you are reading this.’ blah blah blah, you legitimately have to tag people!
So, here is my attempt at Hollie's tag. Grr to you. And just so you know, Mrs. Mims, I changed one of the rules. There's no way I can tag 11 people, considering you've already done this. :)
11 Random things about yours truly...
1. I have to clean out my ears every. single. day.
2. I hate it when people say, "You look great for having 3 kids, 3 and under!" So, wait a minute... if I didn't have 3 kids, I would look something other than great? Gee, thanks.
3. I'm not good at taking care of adults. It bothers me greatly when Brandon is sick. I'm like, duuuuude, take care of yourself and stop whining. However, when it comes to me being sick, please baby me.
4. My mom's grammar nazi abilities have rubbed off on me. I'm silently correcting incorrect grammar... or maybe I'm grimacing, and people notice. Regardless, c'mon people.
5. I'm very, very, very, very, very impatient. Be on time, or be early. Gadgets should always work correctly, because otherwise, I'll be annoyed.
6. People keep telling me I should write a book with all the funny things my kiddos say. I honestly didn't think that what Samantha, Maggie, or Gavin did or said was any different from other kids. I am keeping track of all the "isms" and maybe, just, maybe I'll write it in book form, one day.
7. My dog is named after the Wicked Witch of the West from WICKED, and the Wizard of Oz. Her name is Elphie. I hope that one day, I can find her a Fiyero to love.
8. I have a tattoo. It's of 3 stars, for each one of my kids, and it's on my foot. I regretted it the minute it was complete. I now call it my "mommy life crisis."
9. I have no real physical ability for anything sports related. I'm lucky if I can get through the day without tripping over my feet while walking.
10. I found out recently that I was in a Kindergarten program in Maryland. Then my family moved to Georgia before it was complete. I thought it was just a mother's day out program, but now I've come to find out that I pretty much did Kindergarten twice. This brought tears to my eyes. I felt a little dumb.
11. I like sleep. No wait, scratch that. I LOVE sleep. I'm looking forward to the day when my kids are a little older, and I can sleep longer. I have a lot to catch up on.
To Answer Hollie's Questions:
1.What's your take on the Twilight phenomenon? Are you a fan? Are you strongly opposed? Umm, yeah. Vampires are creepy. The idea of something biting my neck and drawing blood gives me the heebie jeebies. I have not read the books, and will not see the movies. I prefer not to have night mares over some tween obsession.
2. What's your favorite form of exercise? Window shopping is a perfectly acceptable answer to this question. Funny you should say window shopping... because I have always counted shopping as exercise, and count it as my favorite form of exercise. Ok, so it's an upscale version of walking. You get to walk while dreaming of what you want to add to your closet. Regular walking is boring. Shopping adds an entertainment factor. However, it is a little embarassing when I trip over my own feet in front of all the other mall patrons.
3. Running along with the shopping theme, if you could max out your credit cards (without penalty or paying them off!) at any one store, where would that be? Just ONE store? Oh, geesh. I guess I should choose a store that has stuff for me and my kids, so that I'm not selfish. I guess I'd say Target. Ick, Target? Did I really just say that? Target... maybe. TJ Maxx... maybe. Something like that. One store is too hard to choose.
4. If you could pick a movie title to describe your life, what would it be and why? (just the title- not the movie subject or premise... like if you pick "Pretty Woman" it just means you're a pretty woman, not a prostitute who falls in love with Richard Gere.) Ice Age: The Meltdown.
5. What (in your opinion) are the ideal condiments or toppings on a hamburger? Ketchup and pickles. 6. If you could learn a new musical instrument, what would it be? I wouldn't mind refreshing my mind on how to play a piano. In the same regard, I would love to take voice lessons and get my singing voice up to par again. As for other instruments, probably guitar. I don't have to worry about wasting all my hot air on it, and can just use my hands.
7. Are you an Apple or PC person? I'm a please work today, technology person.
8. If you could re-do a day in your life, what day would it be and how would it be different? I try to live my life with no regret, and only lessons. However, this idea is crap some of the time. I wouldn't have met my birth mother. So October 3, 2001, when I answered the phone to talk to her for the first time, and December 26, 2001, when I met her in person.
9. What is your ultimate guilty pleasure? (i.e., that trashy tv show? romance novels? ice cream??) Facebook. I don't have human contact, so Facebook makes me feel like I know what's going on, at least some of the time. I steer away from any drama.
10. Do you have any brothers or sisters (or siblings-in-law?)? Are you close in age? Are you close in relationship? I have two brothers, a brother-in-law, and 2 sisters-in-law. I am not close with any of them for various reasons. I'm okay with it. It causes less turmoil in my life.
11. Will anyone actually fill this out? It's taken me like 2 days. Yes... 4 days later, here's your survey.
11 Questions for those I "tag"...
1. When you were little, what was your favorite "character?" (Mine was Marvin the Martian, but I remember having to pick out a character from the Sanrio store...)

4. Favorite Disney Movie?

8. Did you go to your high school reunion, or are you planning on going?
9. What's #1 on your bucket list?
10. Do you like your name?
11. Can you dance? Like, really? Formal training, or just an inept ability to shake your tooshie?
Your turn!
Seriously... I don't know...

5. Tracy
6.... and on...And seriously, whomever else... I'm tired of clicking copy & paste for links. :) Rule breaker, right here!
