"No horseys, mommy. No. All gone. Be back?" ... followed later by "ZEEBEES!" and "Tigerrrrrrrrr!"
(Attempt at a family picture... yikes. I can't imagine this with 3 little ones!)
We went to the zoo today... Samantha really likes to talk, so here are some pictures followed by what she said around the time they were taken.
Samantha loves being on Daddy's shoulders. And loves even more to take his sunglasses and wear them as her own! Brandon is so tolerant! "I cool!"
The zoo used to have horses. There weren't any today. Samantha was quite disappointed by this... and kept asking where the "horseys" were. She did manage to settle down... and kiss the goat at the petting zoo! Yuck! "Mommy, I kiss goat!" and "Pee-pew (PU)!"
After the goats, Sam was excited to see the "zeebees" although still was caught up on the fact that there were no horseys at the zoo. We then checked out the tiger, which she calls "tigerrrrrrrr" and couldn't get enough of. "Bu-bye tigerrrrr. Be back tigerrrrrr! Lub you tigerrrrr!"
After seeing all the sights, we went inside to the museum... where there are a lot of "stuffed" animals. "I pet?"
No, Samantha, you can't pet these. "I look." Ok, just look. Then there were some animals she could "pet" and play on, and Maggie enjoyed this most of all.

Look, everyone! I'm standing on an alligator! Maggie gets a really funny, hyper laugh when she's super excited about something... that's what she's doing in this picture.
And last but not least, pregnant mommy at 21 1/2 weeks sitting on the hippo. Maggie thought this was hilarious and kept pointing and laughing at me. I think she thought I was the hippo! Ha!
It was a great day. I'm ridiculously exhausted now... fighting one of the worst headaches of this pregnancy... and hoping I'll feel 100% in the morning... at least with all the bad that comes with being pregnant, I get great days like today... and I have the future to think of, when we return to the zoo, exhausted parents of three!
